We accept returns for most items under the following conditions:

  • Unopened candles in original packaging
  • Items returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Products in unused, original condition
  • Defective or damaged items (regardless of use)
  • Items that don't match your order

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Candles that have been lit or used
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging

Email us at byglimsy@outlook.com or Instagram direct message or whatsapp and include: your name - order number - contact details - a short description of the issue - photos or videos showing the problem. We'll respond within 24 hours!

Pickup

Once we review your message, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your location within 3 days

Inspection

When we receive your item, our team will check the candle's condition and verify the issue.

Refund or replacement

If approved, you'll receive your refund or a replacement candle depending on your preference. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

We'll refund your purchase using the same payment method you originally used:

  • Credit/Debit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 5-7 business days

🚚 Shipping & Return Costs

💝 Free Returns: If we made an error or sent a defective item, we'll cover all return shipping costs!

  • No expiration date on store credit
