• Glimsy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control.

For your safety and enjoyment, please follow these candle care instructions:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep candles away from children and pets
• Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use
• Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
• Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Because our candles are hand-poured and made with care, we can only accept returns if the product arrives damaged.
• If that happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item.
• Refunds or replacements will be handled case by case.
